Recap on my school year-Wyatt

May 2/24 Thinking back on all the amazing things my parents have done for me in this last year, I am sad that it is over. When on the road, I really noticed that I struggled a lot with school. When I went to a public school, I did not struggle much, so the teacher would help somebody who needed her more. School was better with my parents because they could give me or Gibson help whenever or wherever we needed it most. I think out of the tenting and the motor-homing I would have to go with the tenting in Alaska. I liked the tent more because, when it rained, and I was in my sleeping bag all warm and toasty, I felt super cozy. I also liked the tent because I was able to set up the whole tent by myself. The tent was made for eight people but we only had four people and the family was still complaining that we didn’t have enough space to move around in. When we were in the motorhome, we didn’t put the awning up, or get the barbeque out much. I thought that when we were in t...

From The Beginning to the End

Last but not least, this blog entry is concluding my thoughts about the trip. I liked the trip. I think I liked the Alaska tenting trip pretty much the same as the motor-homing trip. I liked tenting because we got set up and stayed longer periods of time at campgrounds. Also, Alaska was so beautiful to see, it was like a scenic route on every road. It was more fun because I got to hang out with my mom. The only thing I missed about school was recess with the yellow playground, and library.   I want to remember all the places I went to, but some of them were better than others. Some of the best places we went to were Oregon, Mexico, New York, and California.  I’m in love with that trip and I want to remember it for life.  I want to thank my parents for taking me on a lovely...

And Then There Was One More. New addition Okay, so most of you already know what I am about to write about,  ‘cause if I have a good secret, I can’t keep it very long. So, we were leaving NY State and headed thru Michigan, where we picked up our newest family member, Fern. We actually bought her 3 weeks prior, and picked her out from a litter of 9 puppies. We wanted a female, and not a tan color like our first fur baby, Bailey. So that left chocolate and black. We video chatted and picked the orange color (they each had a different colored collar), which Wyatt promply named Fern. We decided as a family to keep her a secret until we actually got her. What a LONG 3 weeks. We requested pictures and video every 2-3 days which probably drove Tracey, at BT Bloodhounds, nuts, but she complied, and helped us to get to know her. She fits in so well!   The kids were very adamant that they could be responsible and look after a dog. 4 days in,  and they have lost the drive....
