The South - By Gibson

I want to document these three places: Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida because I want to remember what we did in the past couple of weeks. New Orleans was amazing but the Bayou Segnette State Park there wasn’t that great, not sure why, I just didn’t really have a good feeling about it. We spent a couple of days there. One night we went into New Orleans. New Orleans was pretty fun because we got beignets and ice cream, after a game in an escape room. The escape room was so fun because we had to escape, we did the Special Ops room. I don’t think I can tell you about it because I need to tell you in person, ask me when I get back home. New Orleans was stupendously amazing.

Another amazing place I want to talk about is Mississippi. Mississippi was kind of like home compared to the desert. I didn’t really like the desert, it was too plain for me, and no trees to climb on!! In Mississippi we stayed at a boondocking place near Biloxi. We met some people there, their names are June and Danny. We did puzzles with June and had marshmallows almost every night. I think that was my favorite boondocking place ever.

We had a brief stop in Alabama and we saw USS ALABAMA Battleship Memorial Park. I would give it a two thumbs up.

The next state we visited was Florida. In Florida I went to an antique shop. One of the people who works there is so nice, she gave me 50% off. I got an old lantern, my mom got a newer oil lamp but it is still old though. I liked that antique shop. I would go back again. I didn’t have enough time in Florida.
