Family Vacation -Wyatt's Edition

Recently, we spent some time at Disneyland, California Adventure Park and Universal Studios.  At Disneyland there were so many food trolleys with sugary treats and lots of drinks to choose from. One of my favourite treats was a churro stick because It had lots of brown sugar. The first time I tried the churro was just before we went on a ride called Space Mountain. Space Mountain was a fast roller coaster that had lots of twists and turns. The first time I went on it, I went with my cousins, Grandmas and my family of course. On it, I screamed with terror the whole way through. When we all got out of the roller coaster all of our stomachs were super queasy. I thought that it would be an easy walk through ride, BUT NO, it was the total opposite of what I thought it would be. On the very last day at Disneyland I finally got to go on Space Mountain one last time. When I did it, it was with Dad, Gibson and Ethan. When we were in the line up Ethan and I were freaking out because we both had butterflys in our stomachs. When we got in the roller coaster we were so scared but excited all at the same time. Once the roller coaster started there was no turning back. After we got going, we were screaming with joy when the roller coaster did all its twists, weaves and turns. That was no doubt my favourite ride in Disneyland.

At California Adventure Park we went on a ride called Radiator Springs Racers. Before the ride started up, everyone split up into two different cars, with five people in each one. On the ride we started off by going slow and climbing a steep hill all the way to the top. We drove along for a little while looking at the gas station, tire shop and the paint shop too. After your car finishes going through the little town, you stop at this line and we waited for our cousins to come up beside us at the little white line or starting line I should say, then your car waited a couple of seconds and then both cars were off. We started off in second place but we eventually caught up to our cousins. There were so many dips and sharp corners and at one point we were almost driving sideways in the cars. That ride was great for all of us because no one got a queasy stomach or a woosy head, which was great becuse some people actually missed out on a few rides as they had a queasy stomach or a woosy head.

Last but not least, we spent two days at Universal Studios. At Universal, there was a ride called Revenge of the Mummy. On the ride we started off winding through a bunch of different rooms that had lots of different looking mummys. One of the mummys dropped down and tried to kill us but the cart took off too fast and the mummy could not grab us in time. We raced around going up and down, left and right and at one point we even went backwards! The first time I did it I was breathing super hard and fast when the roller coaster was doing all it’s cool features. One of the cool features was when you felt little bugs crawling over your feet. I was not really a fan of that ride because it was very heart dropping the whole way through. I enjoyed visiting all three of these amusement parks and when I grow up, I hope to visit these parks again.

After we finished our stellar family vacation at all three of these different parks, we continued our journey and made our way down to Mexico. So far one of my favourite campgrounds was called Paraiso Misional in San Ignacio. At the camground we met three new families. The family that was right beside us was very friendly because he played football with us and let us play his bean bag toss game. Later we found out that he was a famous skate boarder in the XGames and that his name was Marcelo Bartos. I had lots of fun at that campground and I hope to do all this again when I get older.
